Harvest Table Culinary Group Elevates Inclusive Dining at Denison University’s allgood® Farm Table Dinner
Denison University campus dining partner Harvest Table Culinary Group hosted an allgood® Farm Table Dinner that placed inclusive dining at the heart of the experience. Guided by Denison Hospitality’s Health and Wellbeing Manager Rachel Barich, a Registered Dietitian, the event showcased how intention and transparency can transform shared meals into truly welcoming community moments.
The evening featured a fully themed, Top 9 allergen–free menu, presented on custom cards and complemented by allgood®‑inspired tablescapes. Each course—from bacon-wrapped king oyster mushroom “scallops” to a roasted cauliflower soup, seasonal salad, and an herb-crusted lamb chop—was crafted to ensure every guest could dine with confidence.
Ingredients were sourced from local partners, reflecting Harvest Table Culinary Group’s commitment to responsible sourcing and community-rooted culinary practices. Clear dietary icons for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options reinforced the dinner’s emphasis on personalization and trust at the table.
The Farm Table Dinner delivered an authentic, community-focused gathering where every detail served a purpose: to make inclusive dining the standard, not the exception.
