Harvest Table District Manager, Tim Vandermeersch, was recently awarded Wake Forest University’s Champions of Change Award for Sustainability. As a member of the Deacon Dining Green Team, Tim’s spirit of innovation and willingness to explore new ideas has led to dramatic increases in both sustainability and customer satisfaction in dining. As a result of his leadership, in residential dining specifically, over 30% of the food Harvest Table procures is now from sustainable production sources. Way to go Tim!
