Executive Chef,
High Point University
Brandon’s main role is ensuring food quality and safety is at its peak across campus. He’s also in charge of planning and executing special events and popups—Something he puts his heart into because his goal is to give student’s the best dining experience possible.
Sous Chef,
Elon University
Myles is a Johnson & Wales Graduate looking to learn as much as possible in the culinary industry. His dream job would be to manage a corporate food operation. Some of his key skills are large quantity food preparation and butchering.
Health & Wellness Manager,
Elon University
Tabeer works on the ground with our students. She’s always makes herself available to help students find solutions for their unique nutritional needs. She hosts wellness events and even takes students, parents and guests on tours to help them understand the benefits of making healthier choices.
Sustainability Coordinator,
Elon University
Caroline works with culinary and sourcing teams to increase sustainability. She believes by improving food sustainability and literacy at Elon University, her team plays a small part in creating a more environmentally responsible, equitable and resilient food system.
Guest Experience Manager,
University of Redlands
Zack is excited to be working in his home town and at his alma mater with a company he believes can make a strong positive impact on the community. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with friends, family and his dogs.
