Brandon’s main role is ensuring food quality and safety is at its peak across campus. He’s also in charge of planning and executing special events and popups—Something he puts his heart into because his goal is to give student’s the best dining experience possible.

Myles is a Johnson & Wales Graduate looking to learn as much as possible in the culinary industry. His dream job would be to manage a corporate food operation. Some of his key skills are large quantity food preparation and butchering.

Madison upholds our ingredient transparency commitments so all our guests know and understand what is in the food we serve on campus. No matter what their dietary preference may be, Madison makes sure everyone feels comfortable and welcomed at our table.

Allison works with our culinary and sourcing teams to promote sustainability and resiliency in dining and reduce our environmental footprint. She's passionate about leveraging the university dining system to help expand food and sustainability literacy. We can empower the next generation of eaters to make choices that benefit their communities and the planet.

Chelsea looks forward to engaging and exciting our guests about everything our dining programs offer. With students being away from home, she strives to use our meal times and events to make the campus feel like a home away from home. Every day brings new adventures and keeps her on her toes!
